We understand that an order may sometimes not fully meet your expectations or that damage may occur during delivery. That’s why you can easily return, exchange, or report a damaged product with us. You can find the full terms and conditions for returns and exchanges at the bottom of this page.

Returning a Product

Does the product not fully suit you, or does it not work as expected? Don’t worry, you can return it to us or find a solution through our returns process.

How do I start a return?

  1. Click the Return Portal button.
  2. Enter your details and order number.
  3. Select the product you want to return and optionally describe the issue.
  4. Print the return label and attach it to the package, or follow the instructions from our customer service.
  5. Send the package back to the provided address.
  6. Within 5–14 business days, we will process your refund or provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanging a Product

Would you prefer a different product? Exchanges are fast and easy and can be arranged within 30 days.

How do I start an exchange?

  1. Send an email to info@kookgigant.nl
  2. Provide the desired product, for example via a link, screenshot, or product name.
  3. We will send you a free return label to send back your current product.
  4. If applicable, we will adjust any price difference between the old and new product.
  5. Within 5-14 business days, you will receive your new product, or we will ensure the exchange is completed correctly.

Arrived Damaged

Has your product been delivered damaged or does it not work as expected? Don’t worry, we will help you find a suitable solution quickly.

How do I report a damaged product?

  1. Take a photo of the damaged product or issue.
  2. Send an email to info@kookgigant.nl with your order number and the photos or a short description of the problem.
  3. Our team will contact you to provide a solution, such as repair, replacement, or return.
  4. Follow the instructions from our customer service to return the product.
  5. Within 5-14 business days, we will ensure you receive a replacement product or that the issue is resolved.

Important Conditions

For Returns or Exchanges

  1. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including any accessories and, if possible, the original packaging.
  2. Exchanges can be arranged quickly and free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. Returns can also be made within 30 days, but costs may apply.
