For returns or exchanges

• Please note: For a full refund, it is important that you return the product in its original condition and undamaged, in a suitable box or shipping bag. Ensure the product is well and properly packaged for return shipment. If we receive the product damaged or incomplete, we will refuse the return and send it back to the address where the order was placed.
• Exchanges can be arranged free of charge and easily within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are also possible within 30 days, but costs may apply.
• If an order is not collected from a parcel point and is therefore automatically returned to us, we are obliged to deduct return costs of € 3.95 from the amount to be refunded.
