Maintenance

After use, let the plates cool down and easily remove them from the appliance. The plates are dishwasher-safe, but cleaning by hand with a soft sponge extends the lifespan of the ceramic non-stick coating. Use the included double-sided spatula to remove baking residue and avoid abrasive sponges or aggressive cleaning agents. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth.
