Use & maintenance
Maintenance tips and recommendations
To keep your knife set in top condition, we recommend hand-washing it with mild soap and warm water. As with any good knife set, avoid the dishwasher, as harsh cleaning can quickly shorten the lifespan of your knives. After washing, make sure to dry the knives thoroughly and immediately to prevent stains.
Sharpen regularly
To keep your knives in top condition, sharpen them regularly with a whetstone or sharpening steel. This will ensure they retain their sharpness for a long time.
Storage
Store your knives safely in a knife block or on a magnetic strip. This prevents damage to the blade and keeps your worktop tidy.
Correct substrate
Preferably use a wooden cutting board. Wood is gentle on the blade and significantly extends the life of your knives.
